"Once my wife and I came to the realization that we needed to move out of the hectic city life with the birth of our first child, we started down what seems like the rabbit hole of searching for a home as first time home buyers. Throughout this red hot summer’s seller’s market, we were lost between agents inundated by a sea of buyers they were bombarded with to even give us the slightest of personal considerations. In this market its easy to become a number and a statistic. “Write your name, info, take a card, take a number, put an offer, we’ll get back to you”. We went through the ringer; house after house we were willing to settle and make the most desperate of concessions to get what we (thought we) wanted and yet we failed to secure a house. Yet in hindsight that was all a blessing in disguise because all those rejections on our offers led us to Kacy, the most experienced, knowledgeable, personable, caring, and considerate of relators anyone can find. At this point in our search we knew all the problems that could arise, but what we didn’t know was that Kacy is always steps ahead of all our problems. Before we could even let worry set in on any issues we faced she had solutions, advice, and guidance ready for us. Proactive, always keeping us in the loop, transparent, and honest; wow what a difference a great relator makes! Thank you Kacy, we could not have found our dream home without you. I know you are out their changing peoples lives."

"One word: Wow. Kacy is an unbelievably talented relator. We worked with many realtors in the past and I can honestly say that not a single one of them could even compare to our experience working with Kacy. We got to know Kacy as not just a realtor, but as a person. She is so kind, caring, and wonderful - and as incredible of a person that she is, she is an even better realtor. Kacy went ABOVE and BEYOND checking in with us and communicating with us so clearly regarding all of our wants and needs. She listens - like really listens - to what you are looking for and does everything she can to help you find your perfect home. She does an amazing job of helping balance between you and your partner (we both had different things that were important to us). Anyone can be a realtor, but I don't think any other realtor could compare to kindness, thoughtfulness, care, knowledge, professionalism and support that we received from Kacy. It was a very difficult time to buy a home, but Kacy never let us lose hope and thanks to her diligence, we have found the perfect home for our family and we couldn't be more grateful. She guided me through every step of my first home-buying experience and was able to recommend local vendors for mortgage, inspection, and moving, all of whom were well priced and great to work with. I was able to go from expressing interest in buying to closing on my first home in just over two months, and I can't imagine that process going more smoothly with anyone else."

"Our family is so thankful for Kacy! She helped us to find our first home, a condo, in 2019. When we were ready to sell a few years later, she sold it in just a few days!! We told Kacy what we were looking for in our next home and she sent us so many listings that were exactly what we were looking for! She was always available to show us homes and answer our questions, even working around our crazy work schedules. Kacy is super knowledgeable of the market and the area. She is always very professional as well!It was a crazy time to buy but somehow, and thanks to Kacy, we found a home in a short amount of time.
